[Thunar-dev] preventing .Trash-1000 directories from being created on external volumes

Hello all,

is there a way to prevent these trash directories from being created
on all external drives (or at least all FAT-formated external drives)?

I had a look through the FAQ section and the Wiki, but to no avail..
this is Thunar 1.2.1 (on Xubuntu 11.04) btw.
