[Thunar-dev] Add a thumbnail plugin to tumbler

Is there a simple way to add support for thumbnailing comic book archive
files (.cbz, .cbr, etc) in thunar? The pdf thumbnailer apparently doesn't
deal with them.

By the way, I think this

out of date.
