[Thunar-dev] Ubuntu, the scourge of HAL

HAL is now deprecated and will likely be removed from *all* distributions.

In addition to Ubuntu, Debian and Fedora are in the process of removing it.

And xorg-server-1.8 onwards will be using udev instead of HAL:
