[Thunar-dev] add functionality to removable devices

Hello,

To add a custom action to removable media, the directions here (http://thunar.xfce.org/pwiki/documentation/custom_actions) work just fine. However, I'd like to do so without having the end user do those steps. It appears that adding a custom action adds the necessary information of the custom action to the /etc/xdg/Thunar/uca.xml file. Is there a way to have Thunar read a separate xml file in the /etc/xdg/Thunar directory to act on it? That way, this functionality can be added and removed without messing with the main file.
