[Thunar-dev] Actions extensions in File Managers [DES-EMA] - Draft 0.14

Hi all,

I just updated our specification for action extensions in file manager
[1] to the version 0.14 of its draft.

These are just small modifications in the comments themselves:

- Remove the (non-sense) states added in the previous version,
  about the value to be used in parameter expansions in the
  case of a singular form.
- Introduce more clearly the multiple execution algorythm.

Your comments are always more than welcome.
