[Thunar-dev] Emblems in thunar

I'm trying to write a script to add an emblem to a folder from the command line.
I wrote this script to do the task:

And when I run it, it seems like the database looks ok, but I don't
see the emblem in the folder.
I tried to do restart thunar, but stills the same. So far it isn't working.
When adding an emblem with thunar and my script, tdbdump and tdbtool
dump reports the same

Am I doing something wrong dealing with the thunar tdb emblem's file this way?
Is it there something more I should do besides adding it to the tdb database?
