[Thunar-dev] Thunar should show me when it's starting an app, even without startup notification

Hey all.

I've filed this as a bug in bugzilla, but a quick perusal of Thunar's
buglist shows some things I'm fairly certain are fixed. Figured I'd
pass along to the list, to prevent it from getting lost in the
shuffle.

Basically, Thunar (like several other *nix/X11 file managers) doesn't
give a visual indicator that an app is starting unless startup
notification is used by that application. Leads to opening the
application multiple times, or not at all on occasions when you
misjudge your double click.

This could likely be extended to the panel as well.
