[Thunar-dev] keybinding F9

Hi,

An another request for a common keybinding: F9 seems to be standard for 
show/hide side pane in gnome programs. Although it is not stated 
explicitly in the HIG programs like nautilus, evince and totem support 
this keybinding consistently.

When you have multiple views for the side pane, each with their own 
keybinding, F9 just hide/shows whatever happens to be the current view 
in the side pane.
