[Thunar-dev] Specific icons for specific directories

Hi,
Is it possible to specify (system-wide) special icons for some locations?

By system-wide I mean "not user specific" , in example : not from a 
/etc/skel/.config setting.

My idea is : configure Thunar to show specific icons for specific 
directories, as it already does for $HOME.
Configuring default emblems for all users could be a workaround,  and 
would be OK.
