Create a file ".hidden" and add "Templates" in there :) (is that
implemented yet? guess not *hides*)

They are the user's template files for example for "C source file with
my copyright header".

Yeah, which is why I use .desktop files for favourites which _are_
placed in the home directory (in bookmarks/) ;)
