Yep, but that doesn't make much sense IMHO. Gamin uses inotify already
(and kqueue on BSD/OSX) and is compatible with FAM, so you get all the
goodies of inotify/kqueue/imon/etc by just talking to FAM, rather than
having to clone FAM/Gamin in your own code.
