[Thunar-dev] Some thunar questions

Hi

First of all: Thanks again for Thunar, I already use it exclusively as 
file manager (apart from ls...) and still it's getting better all the time.

My open questions are:

- Thumbnails

Is there a way to disable them per directory context, or altogether? On 
my slow bluetooth mobile filesystem they of course let my phone go mad...

- Refresh Folder content

Will there be a toolbar icon or a shortcut to do this? At the moment I 
have to leave the directory an reenter it to enforce a refresh, which 
seems quite annoying to me.

- Custom actions

I am able to define actions, but they seem not to be displayed yet. Is 
this correct, or am I missing something?
