Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 4.1.0), autotools-dev, libcairo2-dev,
libexo-0.3-dev (>= 0.3.1.2alpha-r19548-2), cdbs, libxml-parser-perl,
libgamin-dev,libhal-storage-dev, libdbus-glib-1-dev

i suggest to check if u have libhal-storage-dev
