[Thunar-dev] rename and case

I've noticed that in thunar 0.2.0 alpha, I can't rename a file if only
changing the case (ex: Aaa => aaa). It considers that the file exist
yet, and doesn't permit the change.

Should I fill a request on the bugzilla for this ? As I think it can be
useful.
