[Thunar-dev] New Wiki

I setup a new Wiki today, as resource for users (the old wiki is still
there and will continue as dev wiki).

I copied the users list from the old wiki, so if you had an account
there, you also have an account for the new wiki.

It'd be nice to get some more content into the wiki, esp. "Tips &
Tricks" would be interesting to have. So, feel free to add stuff (use
the playground for testing). Please make sure reread your text before
saving and use the existing categories when adding new pages (for
example when adding a page for "Installing on SUSE", use
"documentation/installation_suse", etc.). If unsure about adding a page,
just drop me a note.
