Wow! Your the boss so it's your choice. I chose the little image as the 
most suitable for a geometrically stylized logo that would fit on a web 
page as part of a larger logo that included the Thunar name. Most 
projects do have a larger image for there dialog boxes, like  firefox. I 
think it is a great image. Maybe one day an artist might come along the 
color it really well.
