[Thunar-dev] where are the debs?

Debian is not really one of the easy to use systems when handling
packages. You can easily mess up stuff (too easy if you ask me).
Therefore I prefer to build them myself and save the trouble with
answering to people who failed to build the packages for whatever reason
comes to mind.
