[Thunar-dev] Unification of Treeview and Sidepanel

Attached is a patch against the GUI mockup from 2005/05/07.

It essentially brings together both the treeview sidepanel and the favorites
sidepanel into one entity.

This is an advantage because it allows fast access to the subdirectories of one
of the favorites, as well as eliminating the need to change between the two.

I think that this will make it easier to manage the contents of the 'favorites'
directories, as well as eliminating redundancy and user confusion between the
two fairly similar sidebar modes.
