Middle click is already difficult (when it is also a scrollwheel), 
double middle-click is too much to ask I think.

Although we should probably provide Ctrl-Click or Ctrl-Alt-Click 
equivalents anyway for users of certain systems that provide only mouse 
button and for general accessibility.
