What's the motivation behind putting the "view as" menu on the location 
bar?  IMHO, it makes more sense on the toolbar.  Ideally, I'd think it 
should use some kind of icon with a dropdown arrow to save space, but I 
can't think of an appropriate (stock) icon offhand.
