Actually, ROX supports both described behaviours, so what Peter wrote is a bit strange. I think there are two methods of copying / moving files, novice/average users would expect.

The first is drag-n-drop, currently supported in ROX, and the second is clipboard-like copying
(a'la Windows explorer) - that would have to be implemented instead of rox's default menu items (Copy, Rename, Move etc).
