[Thunar-dev] drag 'n' drop and the location bar

dunno if this is a new idea, I've not seen it here so far so I'm writing it 
anyway.
if you drag a file over a location bar button you should be taken to that 
directory, so you can drop the file or navigate your way to the place you 
want to drop it/then, I know maybe it's a pretty obvious behaviour, but I 
haven't seen this idea over the mailing list
