BTW, writing plugins in C won't be trivial, as they have to be 
implemented as dynamic types, that's why I mentioned earlier that 
there'll be language bindings for Thunar that allow people to write 
plugins w/o requiring them to be familar with the internals of the GType 
system. My current preference is Java based on the gcj VM, but that is 
far from being decided and far from being on-topic right now.
