I like the 'General' tab. However the permissions tab:

* Is inconsistent with the general tab look-wise. In the general tab, 
things are grouped with spaces however horizontal lines are used here. I 
suggest that you go with spaces everywhere.

* Secondly, I suggest that "Special Flags" and below be hidden by 
default and is only shown when a "More >" link is clicked. This would be 
similar to the GTK 2.4 Save Dialog's "Browse for Folders >" link.

Finally, I couldn't find the "Make me a sandwich" button anywhere.
