1) not at the moment.

2) anonymous read only access is available on request (so not 
interesting for developers), I need to set this up and since it requires 
some more resources of the server I don't like to advertise this for 
every project out there (we don't use this for lunar for instance). In 
any case I can set it up relatively quickly.
