You can see the following message in the weather plugin (tab Details):

The met.no-LocationforecastLTS interface has reported that this version of the
network service is outdated. If the extension is not adapted to the new version
is adjusted, it will no longer work in a few months. Please create an error
message at https://bugzilla.xfce.org if the no one has ever done.
