The plugin starts from the mouse pointer!

The timer line is surrounding really wide "separator" like lines on both sides.
Check the screenshot! This way the plugin takes up about 10 times more space on
the screen than needed.
Please take into consideration to show this plugin the same way as the System
Load Monitor appears. You can see it on the screenshot as well.
