fsguard plugin use a hardcoded 100 chars buffer for the tooltip, see
https://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-fsguard-plugin/tree/panel-plugin/fsguard.c#n268.

One could make a patch to size it dynamically based on the mount point path
length...
