[Goodies-dev] GTK3 port of xfce4-verve-plugin

Over at the git repository 
(https://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-verve-plugin/), I have a 
branch (isaacschemm/gtk3) that contains a port of the Verve command-line 
panel plugin to GTK 3.

It's not entirely complete, though - the verve-focus functionality is 
missing. verve-focus is a command that can be run from a terminal (or 
tied to a hotkey) and brings focus to the verve panel plugin. It uses 
libdbus-glib, which I couldn't get working with GTK 3. Does anyone have 
any ideas for either getting it to work, or re-implementing it using 
some other library?
