I was looking at the code. The way how the progress bar fraction is set seems
to be the same. Also the way how the values are computed and read from the
system are same for CPU and swap (there is a change for memory). I have checked
that my Fedora 23 box also has 1.2.0 installed - but it works. 

May the problem be in some other library, like Gtk? This plugin recently
switched from Gtk2 to Gtk3.
