That would be a bug in Gtk3 theming engine, see
https://github.com/shimmerproject/Greybird/issues/153

Either i put some styling so that the pbar has a 4px width (and then looks the
same as with gtk2), or the pbar has the default 1px/2px width and then users
will complain that they don't see the pbar...
