On OpenBSD iwm(4), xfce4-wavelan-plugin 0.5.12 claims to show the signal
strength in "dBm", while the value is "%". It seems that the returned dimension
is really dependent on the particular driver -- e.g. iwm(4) returns "%", while
run(4) returns "dBm".
