UI mockup

I am interested in displaying more labels at the same time (for example:
Temperature, Wind Direction, Wind Speed), but I find the scrollbox effect (with
or without animation) distracting while working.

Would this be possible to implement?

I'm attaching a UI mockup of what I mean.
