Some notes/questions:

* why GPL V3?
* desktop Icons are 'wiped' away
* The combobox for selecting theme behaves a bit strange - I don't see
a much difference between pull-down-state and non-pull-down-state -
maybe a list would be better?
* I have it running on my embedded system with 512MB RAM and theme
'Big Penguin'. After a while it crashes with '(wrapper:676):
xfce4-xpenguins-plugin-CRITICAL **: set_atk_name_desc: assertion
`widget != NULL' failed
Error: illegal direction: 255'
