[Goodies-dev] Orage clock - Is this a bug ?

Hello,

in Xfce 4.10 it seems to be impossible to set a background color in 
Orage clock. See this small screenshot:

I have encountered this in fresh installations of Arch linux and Xubuntu 
with Xfce 4.8, and now again with Xfce 4.10.

If it´s not a bug, is there a prerequisite I am missing, a sort of 
undocumented dependency which enables the background in Orage clock ?
