[Goodies-dev] goodie myip-plugin

hi devs,
i went over to xfce, which is now my favorite desktop. i missed a panel
plugin there, i had on other desktops. so i decided to code it by myself.
now i ask you, to review my code and tell me if you find it worth to
publish it in the goodies, at all.

ps: i took the sample plugin as a base. i am not very familiar to c,
packaging and git, so please be patient, if i did something wrong and
tell me, if so.
