Dear Maximilien,

This has to do with the following xfce4-places-plugin bug report
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3737 which appears to be open 
since 2007.

Since I am now using XFCE in my daily work environment, this really 
could no longer wait.
I had a look at the Places code, but had great difficulty finding my way
in the C code. Hence, I created a simple but more accessible Python 
script to help myself out.

Recent Folders opens a list of recently used folders on the desktop.
The chosen folder is opened with the default file manager.
