[Goodies-dev] Application for consideration

He asked for it to be a Goodies project. Not an official project 
endorsed by Xfce. I guess the fact that there is an official Xfce text 
editor might make people wonder why an Xfce enthusiast wrote a new one. 
But the existence of other editors like vim and emacs and {m,g,j}edit 
should have no bearing on this. Why should it be so easy to get a plugin 
into Goodies that's really easy to write but not a text editor?
