[Goodies-dev] How to localize internal plugins

Hello fellow developers,

whenever I declare my plugin to be internal, the panel reverts to
English. Is it true that for a plugin to be internal, its localizations
must be merged into xfce4-panel.mo?

That would be very unfortunate, unless another workaround exists.
