Possible fix

Genmon ignores clicks when placed on a vertical panel. Also, some images
(transparent images) are not drawn correctly.

Steps to Reproduce: place plug-in on a vertical panel and add a script.

Actual Results: clicks are ignored.

Expected Results: operate like it does on a horizontal panel.

Build Date & Platform: installed and tested on a pre alpha Fedora 15 system.

Additional Information: have attempted to fix, see attached.
