Porting to libxfcegui4 is not a requirement for the plugins. They all
run external so there are no conflicts with 4ui and 4.8 will still
have a release of gui4 (without the private keyboard library).
I think 4.10 is more of a deadline to get completely rid of libxfcegui4.
