[Goodies-dev] SVN gone, git access?

Hey there

(excuse the probably slightly inappropriate tone of this message, not
a native English speaker) :)

Anyway. I just tried to svn update my plugin's repo and had to see
that that no longer worked. I then found
http://wiki.xfce.org/dev/howto/git and apparently I need yet another
new account, this time including my home address, phone numbers etc. -
is that really the case?

Also, on a side note, it seems I have to provide a DSA SSH key - mine
are all RSA though. With all these little annoyances, I wonder whether
I'm the only one who considers moving his plugin's repo away from
foo-projects or if there's some more reasonable way of getting access
to the git repo.

Again, this isn't supposed to be a rant - I'm just wondering.

cheers
