patch for colored text support

Hello.

I added a new tag pair <txtcolor></txtcolor>
where you can put either the color name
or the #RRGGBB hex value in order to change 
the color of the <txt></txt>-tagged label.
It's useful when You want to mark values
exceeding their limits or watermarks with 
a different color.


Examples:
<txtcolor>red</txtcolor>
or
<txtcolor>#FF0000</txtcolor>


The attached patch is applicable on genmon-plugin v3.2
