CPU graph displaying inconsistent graphs

the graphical load monitor always displays all cores at once. so if you have
two cores, one idle and one at full load, the graph displays %50 load.
the load bar that comes with the graph, otoh displays just one core. so it says
%100 in the same conditions. i think at least two graphs must be made
consistent. 

there is a patch (http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4819) for adding a
choice of cores to the plugin. such a feature is a good addition, and can be a
solution to this problem too.
