Hi,

the minicmd plugin seems to not support the Xfce 4.6 panel. When
installed and trying to add it, it doesn't appear in the list, and
.xsesssion-errors shows:

(xfce4-panel:6924): xfce4-panel-WARNING **: Internal plugins need the
"X-XFCE-Module-Path" entry to work properly.

(xfce4-panel:6924): xfce4-panel-WARNING **: Failed to create plugin
"minicmd"

It seems you need to (at least) add X-XFCE-Exec to .desktop file, but it
doesn't seem enough.
