I think for a default, this would be quite neat. For what I want,the IP usually
refers to the next big city, and as long as it can easily be adjusted it
doesn't hurt if it's not exact.

And maybe you can add some kind of notification when the location at login time
is different, ie. if it looks like I'm travelling in the Netherlands rather
than at home in Germany, add a button that lets me use the suggested local
weather if I like. If you are fancy, offer me to restore my home weather when
I'm back.
