[Goodies-dev] Weather plugin maintenance

Hi,

I've got my commiter account, so I think we can say I'm now maintaining
the weather plugin :-)

All I miss right now is bugzilla power on the "Xfce Panel Plugins"
product, "weather" component, to be able to modify bugs status, etc.
