One very minor issue, clicking on the scrollbar opens the "Set Title" 
dialog, this is reproducible in the following steps.

1) open a Terminal
2) ls /lib (to show the scrollbar).
3) open a new tab.
4) go to the first tab double click on the scrollbar or one of its arrow 
and the "Set Title" dialog is open.

Not sure this is a feature or a problem, but for me it is a bit annoying 
since often i click on the arrows of the Terminal tab to go up or down 
and the clicks some times are fast so i got the "Set Title" and this is 
only in first tab but when you have more than one tab, if you open the 
Terminal and you live with one tab, then no problem.

Apart from that all is okay.
