[Goodies-dev] ANN: xfce4-xkb-plugin version 0.5.1 released

Hi all,

this is a minor release, with the following changes:

- Applied the patch from Yves-Alexis Perez for bug #4411 (libxklavier
encodes strings in UTF-8).
- Removed the svn-rXXXX tag from the released tarball.
