Version 0.4.0

Added XCF (Gimp image) thumbnailer

The OpenDocument thumbnailer now does ODG files (graphics files)

The binary Raw-thumbnailer is now only an optional dependency of
raw-thumbnailer in Thunar-thumbnailers.  Note that the Raw-thumbnailer
binary is still recommended over the fallback dcraw for performance reasons.
